In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 art and design applications on the Android platform in Ghana demonstrated varied performance metrics. Data sourced from Sensor Tower provides insights into their weekly downloads, revenue, and active user trends.

Canva: Design, Art & AI Editor showcased robust activity. Weekly revenue started at $180 in late September and saw a slight dip mid-quarter, concluding with a peak of $235 in the final week of December. Weekly downloads fluctuated, beginning with approximately 11K, dipping to around 5K in early November, and rebounding to 11K by the end of December. The app’s active users steadily increased from around 30.7K to 37.5K over the quarter.

Animated Sticker Maker (FSM) maintained a consistent download rate, starting at around 1.2K and ending the quarter at a similar level. Active users also showed stability, beginning at approximately 2K and peaking at 2.4K in early December before ending the quarter at 2.2K.
